You do not have to leave anywhere: Hebtrek does not ask for exclusivity, so you can start next to another platform and compare for yourself.

Sign up
Enter your details and your Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number. It takes a few minutes.

Account ready straight away
With a KVK number we create your account immediately and send you a link to the onboarding.

Send your menu
Send a link to your current ordering site, a PDF or a photo of your menu. We add it for you.

Live
Usually you are online within three working days and the first orders come in.

You are not on your own
A question about your menu, an order that does not come through or a printer that will not print: you call or message people who know your business. No call centre and no ticket number you wait days on.
Frequently asked questions
What does an online ordering system from Hebtrek cost?
There are no monthly fees and no setup costs. You pay 8% commission plus a € 0.48 administration fee per order when you deliver yourself or the customer collects. When one of our couriers delivers, the commission is 28%.
Can I keep my own POS system?
Yes. Orders arrive in the free Hebtrek Connect app, and for a number of POS systems there is an integration so they appear straight in your POS.
Do I need my own couriers?
No. You can offer collection only, deliver yourself, or book one of our couriers per order in the regions where we operate.
How quickly can I go live?
Usually within three working days after you sign up. It mostly depends on how quickly we receive your menu.
Am I tied in?
The platform agreement runs for 24 months and renews unless you cancel three months in advance. The delivery service can be cancelled monthly. We do not ask for exclusivity.
